Family

Charles' wife,
Dot, is a registered Nurse and worked for the State
Health Department in the County School System as a
Senior Community Health Nurse.

He is the father
of two children, Charles Jr. and Lisa, who is
married to Dr. Larry Dean Allen, whose son is
Jonathan Ward Allen and daughter is Rachel Allen.

Born in
Victorville, Ca. on July 28, 1971. From there he lived
in Germany, England, and Georgia until arriving in Fort
Walton Beach, FL. in 1981.

|
Upon
graduating from Fort Walton Beach high school in 1989,
Charlie attended the University of South Alabama,
graduating in the spring of 1994 with a degree in Sports
Medicine. |
|
In the
summer of 1994 he was an assistant Athletic Trainer for
the minor league baseball team Mobile Baysharks. After
passing the Athletic Trainers Certification exam that
Fall, Charlie decided he would earn his Florida Real
Estate license and join his father's Real Estate firm in
January of 1995. |
|
In the next
two years Charlie rose to become one of the top
producing agents in the company. |
He obtained:
- Broker's license
- GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

Broker Associate, Charlie works in tandem with

was elected President of the Century 21 Emerald
Coast Broker Council. It consists of 18
companies from Pensacola to Panama City. In this
position he must attend biannual meetings with
Broker's from councils throughout the Southeast.
